Media Elective: Voice Seminar
The seminar will explore the question of the voice, and how voice has been used and performed as an artistic material. Questions of presence, social dynamics, technology and language will be brought forward and examined through specific artistic projects. Through such critical reflection the seminar will open out toward a broader perspective on what it means to speak.
The seminar will be led by Brandon LaBelle along with an invited guest, and will culminate in an evening performance and artistic presentation.
