Web II: Creative uses of the web
The course aims to help students develop creative ways of sharing their work on the web. Focusing on developing web design skills using Dreamweaver and CSS, students will have an opportunity to develop and experiment with their online portfolios, or to create a new website from scratch.
In this course we will-Look at various websites & how they are made-work with Photoshop, how to save your images for the web, transparancies, fileformats & make gifanimations-work with Dreamweaver to setup a basic site & layout-learn the basic of CSS-Add animation & additional interactivity-Learn about adding video/sound to your pages-Webservers & hosting - learn how it works-Work towards a collective presentation
