Bachelor exam Furniture Design/Spatial Design
Exam project. Object: The student is supposed to carry out an independent project in a professional way. The assignment will be evaluated by external examiners, and will be given the assessment pass or fail.
Exam - exam result - exhibition.
The students will present their assignments for examiners, fellow students, specialist environment, media and audience. The students must install and establish the exhibition in given premises, and through this presentation profile and market the school, the Dept of Design and themselves. We demand that all students take part in the planning, performance, installing and dismantling of the exhibition. There will be given an assignment in public sector where the student have the possibility to emphasise one of the subject areas, Furniture Design or Spatial Design/Interior Architecture. The student may also chose her/his own assignment for the exam, but then will have to present this to their tutor and get it accepted as an exam project.

Workform:
Independent, individual project work. We offer limited tutorial hours in cooperation with the lecturers in the subject area, data and drawing.
The students must present their projects for censorship within Friday 7 May at 16:00.
Censorship will be carried out by a group of external examiners in week 19, starting Monday morning 10 May. The exam results will be announced Friday 14 May, and opening of exhibition will be Thursday 20 May 2010.
Prequalifications:
Passed 5th term BA Furniture and the Stockholm project as far as week 6.
The course starts 23/02/2010 / Week 08, and ends 14/05/2010 / Week 19
