Communication design - SUBSTANCE 10

GOAL
The course will provide knowledge and experience in the development of holistic and identity-creating communication materials, from idea development to finished production. The students will cooperate to develop a common profile of expression, with prioritised, identity creating elements and effects. The students will be able to gain real knowledge and experience with project management and production in various media.

Definition of key terms

Idea and concept development

Produce printed paper, marketing material, web site, vignette

Lecture for visual input and critical analysis
Group lecturing, individual tutoring
Printer’s briefing and visit

Production and implementing


Workform:

Presentations, reviews, individual tutoring

Everybody manage their own project

Situation analysis, idea and concept development


Prequalifications:

Basic knowledge of visual communication.
