Monday, August 24th:
10.00 – 12.00 – Formal opening of semester at Logen, Ole Bulls Plass 6.12.15: Welcome to first year students, Dept of Specialised Art by/ Dean Aashild Grana + academic staff (lecture room 3rd floorMarken 37).approx 14.30: Assigning work places, reception different Subject Areas.
appr. 17.00: Social intercourse (Landmark, Bergen kunsthall, Rasmus Meyers allé 5, Bergen centre)
Tuesday August 25th
9.00: Information about course catalogue, registration and quality development program by Per Aarvik; on e-mail system and computer labs by Trond Mikalsen.(Lecture room 3rd floor, Marken 37)
11.00: Introduction to group assignment. (Lecture room 3rd floor, Marken 37)
13.00 - 15.00: Fire protection, all new students. (Lecture room 3rd floor, Marken 37 and backyard.)
Wednesday August 26th
09.00 – 09.45 Information by Study Administration. (Lecture room 3rd floor, Marken 37)
10.00 – 15.00 Interdisciplinary day in Terminus hall. (Grand Hotell Terminus, Zander Kaaes gate 6, right opposite the railway station)
Thursday August 27th
Group work continues till 12.00
12.00 –13.00: All groups present their work in the cafeteria.
Friday August 28th
Tour of art around Bergen by bus and guides.
Starting at 09:30 by Grand Hotell Terminus, Zander Kaaes gate 6, right opposite the railway station)
