Fellesprosjekt MAD
The students are joining an interdisciplinary group work in the design department. Working life will require interdisciplinary cooperation and project management experience, and this course will provide methods and knowledge for how to optimise the knowledge and expertise of oneself and others in fast-moving projects, with a comprehensive approach. Reflection on the role of subject area design in society will be crucial.
The students should acquire experience and methods for the use of design to solve problems in complex tasks. Project work demands situation analysis, definition of problem statement, producing a wealth of ideas, and the ability to select and visualize them. The content and character of the project should reflect an involvement in society. This can also be a place to find cooperative possibilities for ones own MA project.
