Recollecting the Past Through Photography
with Christine Hansen
Photography has since its inception been used as a means to recollect people and places. The course will introduce the various challenges concerning such use. We will for example discuss art projects that employ amateur aesthetics and artists that expose their private life. The class will also discuss how we address pictures from the public or the private sphere differently.
