Stockholm exhibition
Exhibition and excursion to Stockholm
Project period with excursion to Stockholm and participation in international furniture fair. The students have their own stand in the Greenhouse department during Stockholm Furniture Fair 2011. We aim at giving the students experience in participating in international fairs, both as exhibitors and as specialist visitors. The students design, plan and build the stand, and they will also attend to the stand by rotation. Programme will also include visits to design and architecture companies, showrooms and exhibitions in Stockholm during the stay. The students make both an individual and a joint presentation of the project when coming back.
Workform:
The students plan, follow up on and attend to KHiB's stand and present their work for media and an international specialist audience. Group work with responsibility to collect, systemise and document information on various topics during the stay.
Prequalifications:
Completed and passed 5th term BA Furniture and Spatial Design
The course starts 07/02/2011 / Week 06, and ends 13/02/2011 / Week 06
