User analysis – quantitative analysis/discourse analysis
Goal: The intention of the course is to give the students insight in how to perform a quantitative analysis. Emphasis will be placed on how to develop a questionnaire and how to analyse the result. Different types of quantitative analysis and methods will be taught. Software will also be used.
